| High Tech Middle School High Tech Middle School. High Tech Middle is High Tech High's original middle school program. Founded in the fall of 2003, the school is located at the Hight Tech High Village in San Diego and serves about 300 students. Faculty, students and parents all adhere to Essential Agreements to ensure the best possible learning environment. We are proud of our school and the strides we have achieved since our inception in August 2003. We are aware that some the issues will become more complex as we push forward. However, we are confident of the team of faculty we have assembled and we are poised and prepared to meet these challenges at High Tech Middle.
